The NY State Constitution promised all children a sound, basic public education. The more supports a student needs, the more expensive it is to provide them with an education that ensures they can succeed.

The deficit between the amount of money NY State has calculated is needed and the amount of funding actually provided to the Rochester City School District (RCSD) is included in each infographic.
